Introduced by Omega in 2020 the Speedmaster Silver Snoopy Award 50th Anniversary - the third iteration of the Snoopy series but interestingly the first one to be part of a non limited run.
As always though Omega did not disappoint, cased in the very familiar steel 42mm Speedmaster Professional case with a hand wound movement. The dial is produced of solid silver with "AG925" engraved on the central axis, the blue subdials have a Snoopy themed patch at 9 o'clock and we can see blue accents on the tracks, logo, hands, indexes and tachymeter.
Moving to the caseback, the coolest part of the watch, the watch has a “Naiad Lock” caseback making sure the inscriptions appear in the upright position.
The sapphire crystal insert displays a photorealistic lunar surface as well as a a night blue plate with white dots, representing the sky.
The watch has two animations, the first one is a rotating Earth while the second is only visible once you engage the chronograph with Snoopy inside a CMS travelling around the caseback.
