How to make a claim

If you believe your watch has developed a fault covered under warranty, contact us as soon as possible — do not attempt to have the watch serviced by a third party, as this will void the warranty.

  1. Email us at info@swisshorology.co.uk or message us on WhatsApp describing the fault.
  2. We will arrange for the watch to be assessed at our London office.
  3. We will confirm whether the fault is covered under warranty and the proposed remedy.
  4. All repairs under warranty are carried out at no charge to you.

For complex movement work the repair may take longer — we will keep you informed throughout.

Frequently asked questions

Does the warranty transfer if I sell the watch?
The warranty is non-transferable. It applies only to the original purchaser from Swiss Horology.
What if my watch was serviced before purchase?
Where a watch has been recently serviced by us or on our behalf, we will note this in the listing. This does not change or extend the 12-month warranty period.
What happens if the fault cannot be repaired?
In the rare case that a fault cannot be rectified, we will offer you a full replacement of equivalent value or a full refund at your discretion.
Does my manufacturer warranty still apply?
Some watches may still carry a valid manufacturer warranty. Where this is the case, it will be listed in the product description. The Swiss Horology warranty is separate from and in addition to any remaining manufacturer warranty.
